Giuliana P. Ceccarelli

Giuliana Ceccarelli joined Cook & Associates as a Law Clerk in 2023, and in 2025 she became an attorney licensed in Georgia. Giuliana is a licensed Venezuelan lawyer, holding a master’s degree in Civil Processes Law from Universidad del Zulia and a master’s degree in Arbitration from Universidad Monteávila. She practiced civil procedure and labor law for eight years in her home country.

Giuliana came to the United States with an assistantship and full scholarship from Georgia State University College of Law, from which she graduated in 2023 with an LL.M. for the Practice of Law. Her experience also includes academia: in 2019, she served as a professor of legal research at Universidad Rafael Urdaneta in Maracaibo, Venezuela.
