Roman Hankins
Roman received his Juris Doctor (concentration in Business Transactions), Cum Laude, from the University of Tennessee Winston College of Law in May 2009. Prior to law school, he also received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (concentration in Accounting), Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Tennessee in May 2006.
In his professional career, Roman has held numerous posts in both the public and private sector. Most notably, he has spent nine years in municipal government, working with two of the fastest growing cities in Tennessee and America: Clarksville (2013-2017) and Murfreesboro (2019-2025). In these roles, he specialized in the areas of contracts, construction, real estate, and land use/planning/zoning. His work in private practice has further focused on real estate, construction/development, and estate planning.
