C&A Attorney David Cook will present legal seminars regarding large load transactions, including data centers. The program is entitled: “The Data Center Boom: Legal Issues to Process Before the Servers Start Humming.”
David will cover various issues related to contracting with data centers, including performance security. Based on experience with electric utilities in several states, David will address important considerations and strategies in contracting with and serving large loads and data centers.
