C&A Attorney David Cook will present at NRECA’s Legal Seminars regarding large load transactions. The program is entitled: “The Data Center Boom: Legal Issues to Process Before the Servers Start Humming.”
David will cover various issues related to contracting with data centers, including performance security and capital credits. Based on experience with distribution and G&T cooperatives in several states, David will address important considerations and strategies in contracting with and serving large loads and data centers.
